Retreat Centre
SPACE
Many Mangku’s (Balinese Priests) gave special attention to the centre as it was being built, intuitively knowing that a higher power was overseeing the project.
Great care is given to maintaining the energy and vibration of the space, ensuring that it is a safe container for teachers and students to dive deep within, without distraction. The centre is mindfully designed to facilitate group bonding, with several communal areas.
There is an abundance of nature within and surrounding, giving a rich texture to the whole experience, from the fireflies silently bopping through the rice paddy at night, like sparkling angels, to the array of beautiful butterflies fluttering through the centre during the day.
The location of the centre could not be better, nestled among the rice paddy’s where no cars can reach, yet only a 10 minute walk from Main Street Ubud.
There are beautiful scenic walks all around, making it an ideal location for mindful strolling and nature immersion.

Kitchen/ Restaurant
Our professionally trained chefs cater for a vide variety of dietary and nutritional needs, while our guests enjoy very pleasant and attentive table service.
Dining can be enjoyed in the restaurant itself or outside with a view of the neighbouring rice fields.

Yoga Shala
The beautifully crafted yoga shala sits in stillness at the bottom of the retreat centre. Built using mahogany from government owned sustainable forests, this is where groups gather for classes and workshops, for anything from yoga to craniosacral therapy, from chanting to silent contemplation.
Our intention in building the shala and situating it here was to facilitate those who visit and use it to drop more deeply into themselves to become more of who they truly are, to be…. AS I AM.
Boasting forest and river views, the shala is open on all four sides. Bamboo blinds provide shelter from the rain and more privacy for those requiring it.
At 90 sq metre (9m x 10m) the shala can cater for up to 30 yoga mats and 40 people on cushions.
Yoga classes are held daily from 7.30am-8.30am.
A Mangku (Balinese Healer) is available for bodywork and palm reading sessions in the shala (prior booking essential).
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is located in a lovely tranquil garden area below the guest rooms, next to the yoga shala.
