All houses and buildings are built in the traditional Javanese style house called Limasan house with a Balinese ornament called Mudra on top of each roof.

We minimize the use of mortar and cement by choosing to use exposed red bricks on all walls.

We use mahogany for all houses .All woodworks in the buildings came from sustainably replanted government owned forestry.

All guests will have an access to drinking water via a water dispenser situated in the terraces of each house. There will be no plastic utensils being used throughout the retreat.

We replanted and relocated most of the trees that are on the building site.
